Martin K. Weber

Martin K. Weber is the independent Chair of Robeco Switzerland’s Board of Directors. In addition to this role, he is an equity partner at Roesle Frick & Partners Attorneys at Law, where he focuses on financial services regulation, private equity, M&A, and corporate governance. Mr. Weber is an authorized issuers’ representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Chair of the ESG Industry Sector Team of TerraLex, a leading global network of law firms. He also serves as a director to several companies across multiple sectors, including asset management, investment management, real estate, and greentech.

Mr. Weber graduated as a bilingual dual Master of Laws (French/German) from the Universities of Neuchâtel and Lucerne, where he also achieved a PhD in financial market regulation, and he received an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, he has completed a leadership program for managing partners at Harvard Law School (Executive Education).
